Thankyou Bay Furniture for your outstanding service.After purchasing previous expensive furniture from Furniture Barn in Bunbury , which arrived flat packed and a leg damaged and took weeks of following up to get a replacement I was pleasantly surprised on your delivery.It was prompt , delivery staff removed my old lounge suite , set up the new one and took away all the packaging .Good old customer service and will be shopping here from now on

Outstanding service from Bay Furniture & Design. Great products including Australian Made. And large selection of fabrics and welcome colour advice to match room. Perfect colour choice. Despite enormous challenges of installation upstairs around a narrow stairwell, the 3 team members worked hard to make it work. Well done and thanks. Highly recommended.
