We bought a lovely table about a year ago, which has started to crack. Sadly Lifestyle Guildford hasn’t responded to my emails about the issue.

We have been waiting to buy a Dining Room suite and other furniture until our house was built. We rode to the shop on our bikes this morning and parked them outside the store while we had a quick drink next door at the cafe. We had chained them very lightly to a post. Shortly after a woman from Lifestyle furniture came out and started hauling our bikes around the corner. I immediately jumped up and asked her if there was a problem. She continued pulling on the bikes, telling me that they were damaging her post. (We had not damaged her post but she was doing her best to do so herself) . We unlocked our bikes and finished our drinks and vowed to never set a foot in the store again. Every time I looked at the furniture we were going to buy I would have been reminded of her rudeness. We were literally sitting a metre away from the bikes. She could have easily asked us politely to move them. Instead she lost a customer.

Wanted to express my most sincere thanks to Cathie for her recent customer service. Truly appreciated. Absolutely love this store, with so many beautiful furnishings, it will remain my first choice!

So many high guality furniture, and definitely made in Australia

Love this store, have bought so many things there over the years, from Sofas, tv cabinets, arm chair's, rugs, cushions and more. Have never had an issue with anything. Have just had 2 new sofas delivered they are beautiful. Love the fact that they are WA made and really good quality. Cathie, is always extremely helpful, with picking fabrics and sizes, if she doesn't have what I am looking for she goes out of her way to look up items and email me pictures.The delivery driver phoned the night before to advise a 3 hour time frame and he delivered in that time.Great store, great service and love the fact I can support a small local business.

We have always loved going into this store - lots of choice and to suit all tastes. And the customer service is perfect; informative, but not in your face.We have just upgraded our couches - see the pictures.For months we borrowed swatches of fabric, took them home hung them up and then went and fetched more.We then went down to Warwick fabrics in Leederville (think they may have moved since our visit). Finally after checking our even more colours, fabrics and textures, we made our choice.We were then able to custom order from Lifestyle in Guildford, the couches that we wanted. We chose the size of the furniture, the depth of padding, the type and colour of the legs, the number of scatter cushions etc.The best bit is that all of this is made in Perth, lead times were good <10 weeks, and cheaper than other high end furniture show rooms where goods are 16+ weeks and imported from China.The workmanship is incredible

Beautiful store, full of treasures. They have everything you need to make your house unique. You must go and see inside. It's a lovely experience to see so many beautiful things in one place.

We were trying to purchase some chairs but the woman serving us decided that the 3 seconds she had allocated to us were all she could spare before she stomped off. I watched as she was then rude to another customer who also left straight away. Its not that hard to use basic manners, especially when we were nothing but polite and simply asked how many were in stock.

Avoid this business if you can! Terrible customer service, I am still in shock with how rude the lady is working there, a basic conversation and questions is returned with attitude, rudeness and sass. To even purchase items is difficult and as if they don’t even want to make a sale. All i wanted was an invoice so I could pay for the extra items on top of our original order. Won’t be purchasing the additional items!!Once you do go ahead with a sale, they can’t even give you a rough date with when delivery will be until the night before. At least with other places they will give your a week or days notice and will give you the time the day before.Products are tacky as well, but you get what you pay for.It is worth spending more and buying elsewhere… Should have actually payed more attention to the other reviews, they are not wrong. Just TERRIBLE
