Avoid Nick Scali by all means.Brought in more than $10k of furniture.Some of the staff are the next level non-helpful and rude once the purchase has been made.Delivery times are very random and not in line what they said.Delivered wrong items and non-responsive.

Very poor customer experience with this company, would not recommend.I bought a couch and coffee table in Nov 2022, the store delivered the couch without taking payment which resulted in a delivery driver holding my door open until i paid him the full amount - with no idea who he was. He held the door open and refused to leave until i handed over the payment of a few thousand dollars - I am assuming this was an admin error on the stores behalf but it caused a fair amount of dsitress at having a large man on my doorstep demanding money.I am still awaiting the coffee table, i have called the joondalup store several times - spoken to the manager who says he will call me back - and doesnt.I called l;ast night at 4:45, the messa\ge said to call back before 5:30!it is now March and i am still chasing - i will now try to call and get a refundterrible service

Back in October I was at Joondalup and on the off-chance went in to the showroom to see if I could amend my existing Cannington order from there. Daman was professional, respectful and helpful. I was particularly struck with how well she related with other team members during a potentially difficult situation. That is worth its weight in gold.

Unfortunately my experience was very disappointing.Boils down to terrible customer service and a lack of interest.Handled properly they actually could have come out with more sales and a satisfactory outcome.Unsure on product quality as still have not received yet. If I am happy with product with Amend review.

Shopping for sofa, found nick scali has more modern items, and pleasant layout in Joondalup branch.We were well served by Deana , Geoff and Nicki.bought Sofa there,Makes the shopping pleasant.My feed back is wish the showroom serves coffee , either free or paid ( there are many great coffee machine, no mess available)since I have to select many furnishing items, it’s good to take time and beat fatigue even with coffee aroma in lovely showroom., a thought foe management!keep the customer In shop ..It’s disappointing to find the store manager do not have much say in giving discounts and vouchers such as other major competitor…that could have clinch more deals as we can go back to spend more with store vouchers.After spending couple thousands $…Will have to shop around for other items elsewhere , as there’s no incentive enough in NS...I believe customer satisfaction is key, , in these days when there are manny furniture shops with great or similar designs…it’s matter of service and value .Hope honest feedback is well received

We were looking for a new lounge and they had a great range with reasonable prices. The staff were very nice and didn't keep hovering like they do in some stores.

Absolutely terrible customer service, I bought three sofas from them spending over $8K and it’s been a horrible experience. The sofa’s have not even been delivered yet and I’ve had to go back into store twice as they worked out my order incorrectly, the second time I had to go in was to pay an extra $56 due to their mistake, you would think given the $8K I’ve paid they would overwrite it and save me the trip back to the store. The second is I’ve paid for two seperate deliverables for the sofas, one is in the warehouse now and the other is due in in Mid May, they wanted me to wait until mid May for both sofa’s when I questioned this they advised their earliest delivery was May. This is unacceptable, I’ve had to chase to make final payment several times. This is not how to treat a customer who is paying thousands of dollars. I will never return to Nick scali

Deana has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I am currently building and couldn't give them any form of delivery date, she has kept my mind at ease the whole time and kept frequent communication regarding my multiple orders. Upon every in store visit and observing the other staff members I'm sure I could say the same about them too, happy happy happy customer!!
