Front counter customer service was absolutely appalling from an older staff member. Unfortunately I have experienced her rudeness, and I've heard from others that they have been made to feel unwelcome in the store as well. There are some lovely staff working there though, just a shame that one person can ruin it for many people.

Always pleasant staff and a variety of items that are cheap.

This store looks absolutely disgusting. I used to come in here frequently but now I would not go back in if my dog was being held hostage there. A lot the old staff left and have been replaced and the new staff know absolutely nothing. This is obviously not their fault but the fault of the company for not giving people the training they need. I went in one day and the lights were off. The old manager had great, friendly staff and they made me feel welcome in the store. I’ve also been in when a woman who I presume is the area manager has been there and I must say I am absolutely appalled with how she talks to her staff. She’s also loud and it put me off being in the store. I walked out and have not returned

I came into the store today and although I like the Products a staff member by the name of Cassie was absolutely rude to me and another customer. The vibe was cold, tense and uncomfortable because of this staff member.

I love our local Bunbury store. It always has great items at even better prices! :)I was chasing the Scandi 3 piece lounge set for approx. 3 months, with the help of an outstanding member of staff, Sarah. She went above and beyond her position to help me by checking on stock, orders and customs clearances to let me know when the items would arrive in store.After 3 months of delays (not anyone's fault, just life), and calling each week for updates (of which I spoke to Sarah about 4-5 times), Sarah asked her manager and told him I had been waiting for months and was super keen to buy this suite. They ended up selling me floor stock at a discounted price, however only after Sarah personally moved everything away from the lounge suites and helped me to check each and every leg of all furniture pieces, arranged time for collection, processed it quickly and efficiently through the till and everything was sorted.i really was most impressed with the customer service with a smile that this young lady provided me with, on may occasions. Nothing was too much trouble and she really did go above and beyond her role. I cannot thank you enough. It is not often you get that kind of service and I think it is worthy of recognition.Sarah, you are an asset to the store and to any employer in the future. Thank you!Ella

Great shop. Staff is always friendly and helpful ;) The staff here is fantastic and will always make me go back to this shop. Great variety of products and there is always something on special.
